This isn't the first time its happened with OWL during the grand tourny last year it took FOREVER for the watch rewards to even show up, they always go back and grant the tokens tho so if you did watch it'll show up when they fix it. It's bugged I had the stream up this morning and I just logged on to see if I got the tokens, and it hasn't granted any still sitting at 231 OWL tokens I'm at 340 so far.
